Betting content and data provider BETER has named Adam Conway as General Manager of its Esports Business Unit. The appointment brings an industry veteran with over two decades of experience in trading and product development to the company’s esports division.

Conway previously held a series of senior roles at SIS, also a betting content and services provider, including Global Head of Esports and Competitive Gaming. At BETER, he will lead the company’s esports strategy, including the development of its ESportsBattle tournament series, which currently features eFootball, eBasketball, and eHockey.

According to BETER’s official communications, Conway will oversee a team of more than 200 specialists and 500 professional athletes, contributing to the organization of over 500,000 esports events annually across four countries. He will also be tasked with expanding the ESportsBattle tournament lineup, with new disciplines expected to launch in the near future.

“We’re already the go-to provider for fast-betting content, data, and live streaming in esports and sports. With Adam as our Esports General Manager, we’re confident we’ll strengthen that leadership and further distance ourselves from the competition,” stated Gal Ehrlich, CEO at BETER.

Additionally, Conway will focus on strengthening relationships with existing clients, building new partnerships, and maintaining collaboration with regulatory bodies such as the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) and the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA).

“It’s an honour to join BETER and contribute my extensive experience in trading and product development to such a pioneering company,” said Conway, “BETER is the undisputed market leader, and I’m excited to help ensure it remains at the forefront—delivering exceptional products to operator partners and bettors alike.”
