HLTV has announced that the 2025 edition of the HLTV Awards, presented by 1xBet, will be held on 10 January 2026 at the Sava Centar in Belgrade, Serbia. The event marks its third consecutive year in the Serbian capital and will see a scale-up in capacity and programming.
Following growing demand, the Awards will move to the Sava Centar’s Blue Hall, increasing the number of attendees from 600 to 1,000. Despite the increase, the event remains invite-only to industry members within the Counter-Strike and broader esports ecosystem, a profile encouraged to reach out via official channels for showing interest in attending or speaking at the event.
The Sava Centar will accommodate a more extensive pre-show area and expanded entertainment offerings. The event will be held in partnership with Serbian production company Relog Media, continuing their involvement for also a third consecutive year.
In addition to the Awards ceremony, HLTV will introduce a new one-day Counter-Strike industry conference on 9 January. The conference aims to gather stakeholders to discuss the future of the ecosystem and foster collaboration across the sector..
The Awards features honours across three pillars: HLTV Awards, Panel Awards, and Community Awards. Categories include Player of the Year, Team of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Streamer of the Year, and Event of the Year, among others. The Skin of the Year award, introduced in the previous edition and presented by Skin.Club, will also return.
The HLTV Hall of Fame, presented by 1xBet, will induct three new players this year. They will join previous inductees Patrik “f0rest” Lindberg, Christopher “GeT_RiGhT” Alesund, Emil “HeatoN” Christensen, and Tommy “Potti” Ingemarsson. Inductees will receive a Rolex watch, a dedicated HLTV profile, and a place in the Hall of Fame both online and within a specially developed Counter-Strike 2 map set to launch in July.
