Sentinels has announced a new partnership with Theta Network to create an AI-powered fan service agent that will help fans get information quickly and easily.

The new AI agent will be added to the Sentinels website, Discord server, and other community channels. Fans will be able to ask questions and get instant answers about the organisation. For example, fans will be able to check upcoming matches for games such as VALORANT and League of Legends, look up team rosters, and find out how to join the Sentinels Society, all in one place.

The system will also provide live information on tournament schedules, ticket sales, merchandise launches, match results, player performance, and league standings. In addition, Sentinel says that the AI agent will highlight partnered content creators, including Tarik, and share updates about events, partnerships, and community activities.

As per the official announcement, the AI agent is expected to go live later this month and will be powered by Theta’s EdgeCloud platform. According to the companies, this setup allows the AI agent to process match data and create game analysis at a much lower cost than traditional cloud systems. The workload is shared across different types of graphics processors, depending on how much computing power is needed.

Sentinels also explained that the new AI tool is designed to support its staff, not replace them. The organisation’s creators, social media teams, and community managers will continue to lead fan interaction, while the AI agent handles routine questions and information requests.

Rob Moore, CEO of Sentinels, said in an official statement, “Fans will be able to come to our platforms and get instant answers to any questions they have, whether it’s 3 PM or 3 AM. By partnering with Theta Network, we’re ensuring that no fan question goes unanswered, while our team can focus on creating the content and experiences our community loves.”

Mitch Liu, CEO of Theta Labs, also stated, “We’re just helping Sentinels by making it easier for fans to find what they’re looking for, whether that’s match schedules, player info, or how to get more involved. It’s a straightforward tool that should save fans time and keep them more connected.”

Similarly, last year, Team Heretics and Method also collaborated with Theta Network to launch an AI agent for fans to provide live match insights, player stats, and personalised content across the organisations’ official platforms.
