Global esports company NODWIN Gaming has officially appointed Sidharth Kedia as its Chief Strategy and Investments Officer.
The company said, in his new role, he will be responsible for strategy, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions. Apart from this, he will also work on the company’s long-term plans, how money is used, and finding ways to grow in markets outside the country.
Kedia is returning to NODWIN after previously serving as CEO from 2019 to 2023. During his tenure, the company reported a tenfold increase in revenue and raised over $50 million. He was also involved in expanding the company from an esports-focused business into a youth media and entertainment company.
Kedia has more than 20 years of experience across media, investments, and strategy. He has worked at Venture Infotek, eFunds, and co-founded Ambit Pragma Ventures, a $150 million private equity fund where he led the media and entertainment practice. He later worked at Reliance Industries on restructuring initiatives across the Network18 portfolio and on media investments for Jio. At Viacom18, he handled corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
Sidharth Kedia said, “It feels great to be back at NODWIN at such an important point in its journey. Having seen the company grow over the years, it’s clear how strong the foundation is today and how much opportunity lies ahead. NODWIN is entering a phase where focused strategy, thoughtful capital allocation, and strong execution will unlock its true value potential. I’m looking forward to working with the team to build on this momentum and take NODWIN into its next stage of growth.”
Akshat Rathee, Co-Founder and Managing Director of NODWIN Gaming, said, “Sidharth has played a pivotal role in shaping NODWIN’s journey, and his return comes at an important stage as we continue to scale the business globally and look at a potential listing. He combines a deep understanding of our ecosystem with strong expertise in capital strategy and corporate development.”
There’s been a lot happening at Nodwin Gaming lately, especially when it comes to leadership. The company recently started its pre-IPO fundraising round as it moves closer to going public and brought Arnd Benninghoff onto its Board. On top of that, in March 2026, it boosted its lifestyle and festival vertical by appointing Sonal Varma as Global Director of Live Initiatives.
