The Spanish Federation of Call of Duty (FECOD) and Torneum just teamed up for a new partnership to develop a new circuit for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 2025-26 competitive season. The primary objective of this partnership is to provide players, teams, and fans with smoother logistics, organisation improvements, and more structured competition at every level throughout the season.
Torneum has built a reputation as one of the go-to platforms for esports tournaments across multiple games, and this new alliance is all about growing Spain’s Call of Duty scene by attracting new players and cementing the growing competitive scene.

FECOD president Jorge Álvarez described the deal as “one of the best strategic alliances we could have signed,” while Torneum CEO Anna Requesens highlighted that the partnership “represents a major step toward strengthening the Call of Duty scene in Spain.”
Following the alliance with Heretics and their support of the Federation, Torneum now becomes the third pillar that will formalize the resurgence of the “Matchmaking 24/7” concept, previously seen on platforms such as League of Legends‘ LVP or ArenaGG.
The details of the new Torneum-powered circuit are still under wraps, but global changes like the recent COD League franchise rebrand to G2 Minnesota and the relocation of a franchise from Las Vegas to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the competitive Call of Duty scene has maintained a presence in global business headlines.
