Team Vitality has officially announced the appointment of Till Werdermann as its new Head of Esports Operations.
Werdermann shared the news on his official X account, in which he shared his excitement about joining the organisation and his appreciation for already working with teams in Berlin and Paris. He will oversee the organisation’s competitive operations in Berlin, managing titles like League of Legends, VALORANT, Rocket League, and EA FC.

In the official announcement post, Team Vitality stated, “We’re excited to announce our new Head of Esports Operations, Till Werdermann. Till will be leading the efforts in Berlin and taking care of everything related to League of Legends, VALORANT, RL and EA FC”
Till brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent nearly a decade managing esports teams and operations across some of the industry’s top organisations. Before joining Vitality, he spent close to three years at OverActive Media, where he served as Senior Director of Team Operations since January 2023 and previously as Director of Team Operations.
Prior to his time at OverActive Media, Till played a major role at Splyce Inc., working as General Manager for over two years after serving as Brand Manager. His early career also includes roles at PlanetKey.de and TaKeTV.
Team Vitality continues to build momentum in the esports space even beyond its flagship Counter-Strike 2 roster, with new initiatives and partnerships including a recent multi-year collaboration with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG Esports) to create a new EA FC roster under the PSG.Vitality banner.
