NAVI performance coach Urszula Klimczak and the organisation’s sponsor GG.BET have released a mental health initiative titled “Tilt Management.”

The project consists of three comprehensive articles published on EGamersWorld that cover demotivation, burnout, and dealing with hate. The content is designed to provide practical value for both professional esports players and gaming fans by featuring real-life esports cases, advice, everyday practices, and self-support exercises.

The initiative aims to support individuals who do not have direct access to professional staff or psychological guidance. The articles explain how specific mental health challenges manifest, offer practical tools for self-care and recovery, and outline indicators for when it is necessary to seek help from specialists.

“Mental health is becoming increasingly relevant year after year, regardless of profession or lifestyle. Many of the challenges professional players experience are familiar to millions of people in their everyday lives. These include loss of purpose, poor work-life balance, conflicts within teams, vulnerability to criticism, and more,” reads a press release from GG.BET.

The first article in the series focuses on demotivation, explaining its early signs, how to distinguish it from simple exhaustion, and the techniques NAVI uses to restore energy and focus. The second article explores the five stages of burnout and symptoms, showcasing NAVI’s approach to maintaining performance under a demanding schedule via variety and smaller, more frequent breaks. The final chapter addresses hate and negativity, providing strategies and practical exercises to challenge negative thoughts, establish healthy boundaries, and separate constructive feedback from harmful criticism.

As of this writing, two of the three articles are also available on NAVI’s official website: the first part, “How to Manage Demotivation like a Pro Player“, and the second, “How to Prevent Burnout?‘.
