South Korean esports organisation Dplus KIA has announced that its official online store is back up and running as of Monday, July 20. The team’s merchandise shop had been offline for a period of time, but the organisation says logistics operations have now stabilised and system maintenance is complete, allowing orders to resume.

In a notice posted to its official Twitter (X) account, Dplus KIA confirmed that the store closure had caused canceled orders and disrupted service for fans trying to buy merchandise. The team apologised for the inconvenience and thanked fans for their patience during the shutdown.

Alongside the store’s reopening, Dplus KIA outlined two measures meant to make up for the disruption. First of all, the team’s “Family Sale,” a discount promotion on select items, has been extended and will now run from July 20 through July 27. Not all products are included; shoppers can check which items are discounted in the Family Sale section of the online store.

On top of that, fans whose orders were canceled during the shutdown will receive a discount coupon that can be used with no conditions attached. Each customer account will receive one coupon, regardless of how many orders they had canceled.

The store’s return comes shortly after Dplus KIA disclosed financial troubles affecting the organisation. The team recently confirmed that player salaries across its rosters, including its League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) squad, were delayed by one month. The organisation said the delay was tied to cash flow problems stemming from administrative holdups in finalising a deal with a new majority owner.

To manage the sale of the organisation, Dplus KIA has hired a professional mergers-and-acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm. The team says it is still in advanced talks with its main prospective buyer while also keeping communication open with other potential buyers. The organisation says the drawn-out process of vetting and negotiating this ownership change put a strain on its available cash, which in turn led to the delayed salary payments.

The store’s return also comes on the heels of a major result on the competitive side. Dplus KIA won the League of Legends event at the 2026 Esports World Cup (EWC) in Paris, defeating Karmine Corp 3-0 in the Grand Finals to take home $600,000 in prize money.

The win puts the organisation in the spotlight at a time when it’s trying to steady its finances, and the added attention could bring more visitors to the online store, giving merchandise sales a boost that may help ease some of the cash flow pressure the team has been dealing with.

While the online store outage was not explicitly tied to the salary delay in the team’s statements, the two issues surfaced around the same time, as the organisation works through the effects of its ongoing ownership transitions.
