Outreach Talent Group (OTG) has formally stepped into the gaming and esports space, introducing a dedicated division with the appointment of two experienced UK-based managers and a slate of new creator signings.

The agency announced the expansion through a report first published by Deadline Hollywood. The move includes the onboarding of George Bray and George Hughes — described by OTG CEO Emilio Arciniega on LinkedIn as “two of the most experienced and passionate managers” — who will co-lead gaming talent efforts across the UK and U.S.

Hughes brings experience from esports-native companies Challengermode, Guild Esports, and Team Falcons, while Bray has managed talent in past partnerships at DotX Talent, an esports and gaming focused agency founded by Morgan Sports Law in 2022.

Alongside the hires, the agency revealed new additions to its roster incuding SteveSuperGTAlvarez Brown and OllieOllMSSmith — creators whom Arciniega referred to as “not just part of the gaming community but instead those who are shaping it.”

Founded by Emilio and Amy Arciniega, OTG represents a broad range of digital talent. The gaming initiative, according to Arciniega, reflects “an extension of everything we believe in.” While OTG has previously worked across digital media, its foray into gaming includes broader ambitions. The company is actively exploring collaborations with game developers, competitive esports organisations, and content platforms.

Arciniega emphasised the company’s intent to offer gaming creators the same level of strategic focus given to other verticals. “We’ve seen how creators in this space can build powerful communities and where we at OTG can add real value,” he said to Deadline Hollywood, adding that the initiative also signals support for female talent in gaming.

The launch of this new division marks OTG’s latest step in expanding its operations globally and engaging with the fast-evolving gaming creator economy.
