PK Graff has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Skullz Gear, a company specialising in gaming peripherals and apparel aimed at esports athletes and enthusiasts.

Graff brings extensive experience from the esports and educational gaming sectors, including leadership roles focused on community building, scholastic esports development, and educational game design. Prior to joining Skullz Gear, he served as Director of Innovation at Plasma Games, where he led the development of science education games that merge academic standards with immersive gameplay.

In the esports ecosystem, Graff has been a notable figure within scholastic and academic esports. His work has concentrated on fostering inclusive communities, supporting at-risk youth through gaming opportunities, and creating free-to-access scholastic esports leagues. He also served as Director of Ghost Gaming Academy.

According to a post on LinkedIn, Graff will spearhead Skullz Gear’s partnership efforts with leading esports organisations and oversee Skullz EDU, an educational initiative aimed at supporting schools. Additionally, he will lead content creation aligned with the company’s “Gaming for Good” mission, seeking to build a thriving esports community inclusive of all players.
