Blacklyte has been announced as the Official Furniture Partner for the upcoming StarLadder Budapest Major 2025. The partnership will see the company supply all player setups with its high-performance gaming furniture, aiming to provide the ergonomic support required for competitors in the premier Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) tournament.
As part of the agreement, Blacklyte will equip both the on-stage booths and backstage practice areas at the CS2 tournament with its products, including the Blacklyte’s Pro Gaming Chair and the Standing Desk. The furniture will be in place for the duration of the event’s playoffs, from December 11 to 14, where teams will compete for a share of the $1.25 million prize pool.

“Comfort and stability are crucial in high-pressure matches,” said Alex Liu, Founder and CEO of Blacklyte, in a press release. “We’re excited to support the players at StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 with gear that’s built for champions.”
This partnership forms part of the broader infrastructure for the Major, which has also seen other key supplier announcements. Previously, CORSAIR was confirmed as a key hardware partner and BenQ‘s ZOWIE was named the Official Monitor Partner for the tournament.
Viacheslav Shcherbakov, Head of Sales & Partnerships at StarLadder, commented on the new deal, stating, “Blacklyte’s dedication to quality, design, and player comfort makes them the ideal partner for the Major. We’re proud to showcase their products on the biggest stage of the CS2 season.”
Beyond the competition areas, the partnership will extend to the fan experience. Attendees at the MVM Dome in Budapest will have the opportunity to try the equipment themselves at a dedicated Blacklyte PlayZone, which will also feature giveaways and exclusive merchandise.
This is the second consecutive CS2 Major Blacklyte partners with, as it was also a sponsor of the BLAST.tv Austin Major in June 2025.
