South Korean esports organisation Dplus Kia has announced a new partnership with health and supplements brand Nutri D-DAY. The deal mainly focuses on improving player health and performance through proper nutrition support.
As part of the deal, Nutri D-DAY will become the official nutrition partner of Dplus Kia. The company will provide a range of health supplements and functional foods designed to help players maintain their physical condition, stay focused during long practice hours, and recover after intense training sessions. This support will mainly happen behind the scenes and is not directly tied to in-game competition.
The partnership also includes plans for future fan activities. A first event is expected to take place in April 2026. Over time, both sides plan to launch co-branded products and create content together on social media and streaming platforms. However, no specific products have been announced yet. On top of that, it is not disclosed if Nutri D-DAY’s logo will appear on Dplus Kia’s jerseys.
Kim Hyung-dae, CEO of Nutri D-Day, said, “We will spare no practical support to help athletes perform at their best. We hope to become a partnership that goes beyond simple sponsorship and brings joy to the fans as well.”
With the Dplus Kia deal, Nutri D-DAY is making its esports debut and looking to build a presence among younger fans. However, the company has previously partnered with traditional sports teams, including baseball team LG Twins and professional football club Incheon United.
Dplus Kia is one of South Korea’s top esports teams, best known for its League of Legends roster, which won the World Championship in 2020. In 2026, the organisation expanded its partnership lineup with ergonomic gaming chair and desk maker Andaseat and extended its partnership with gaming hardware brand Logitech G for an eighth consecutive year.
