Alliance Esports has unveiled OBSBOT as its new official camera partner, aiming to enhance content production and spotlight the personalities behind the gameplay.
“Showcasing not just the games, but the stories of our players. Their struggles, their victories, their passion,” the organisation said in a their announcement post. “It’s a vision we now proudly share with OBSBOT. Their guiding belief that ‘Nobody is Nobody’ resonates deeply with the culture we’ve built.”
By leveraging the newly released OBSBOT Tail 2, Alliance wants to offer fans more intimate, authentic content from inside its teams. With major events across several continents this summer, the new equipment is expected to be pivotal in capturing content across challenging conditions.
“With OBSBOT’s help, we’re going to share even more of our journey — not just the plays, but the people behind them,” said Jonathan Berg, CEO and Co-founder of Alliance. “The content we’ll capture this summer is going to bring fans closer than ever before.”
“Every champion begins as a contender,” said Liu Bo, CEO and Founder of OBSBOT. “Alliance has always been on our radar because of their legacy in esports and the storylines they have created over the past decade. Their culture strongly aligns with our ethos of ‘Nobody is Nobody’. Their passion for esports and their community is unmatched.”
The collaboration is set to supercharge Alliance’s content strategy, focusing on the personal journeys and professional growth of its players. By enhancing how these stories are told, the team hopes to further connect with its fanbase and raise the bar for behind-the-scenes content in esports.
Alliance has teams in Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), Apex Legends, Naraka: Bladepoint (battle royale game), PUBG Mobile, and more. Meanwhile, OBSBOT has been expanding its presence in esports recently, having also been named the official camera partner of the Esports World Cup.
