Hardware manufacturer ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has entered a partnership with tournament organiser PGL covering the entirety of the 2026 competitive season, which includes the Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) PGL Singapore Major 2026. The deal designates ROG as the official monitor, PC, and peripheral partner for all PGL events taking place during the year.

According to a press release, the collaboration aims to standardise the technical setup across the circuit by equipping every player station with ROG hardware, including monitors and high-specification tournament rigs built with ASUS components. Players competing in the 2026 season will also have access to peripherals from the ROG Ace esports collection, including mice, keyboards, and headsets.

Global Esports Industry Week (GEIW) will return in 2026 with a bigger and bolder edition, taking place across 18–21 June in Cologne, Germany, alongside IEM Cologne. The schedule and details about ticket sales are available in this link.

Beyond the on-stage hardware provision, the partnership includes integration into PGL’s broadcast and live event operations. ROG branding is scheduled to appear prominently during broadcasts, while branded booths at arena events will give attendees hands-on access to the same gear used by professional players. The two organisations will also collaborate on player-focused content, highlighting professional setups and competitor feedback regarding the equipment.

The announcement follows a period of expanded activity for both organisations. PGL recently appointed Runestone as its Official Data Partner for the upcoming PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 (CS2) event, a deal focused on real-time match data distribution and integrity monitoring.

Simultaneously, ASUS ROG has moved to strengthen its presence in different levels of esports, securing a title sponsorship for the National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC) National Championships scheduled for May. The hardware brand also recently renewed its partnership with tournament organiser BLAST for the full 2026 CS2 season, underscoring a sustained investment in the ecosystem.
