Esports data and technology platform GRID has been named the official Live Data Partner for the upcoming Dota 2 Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi, a flagship tournament hosted by Chinese organiser Clavision. The event is scheduled to take place from 28 July to 3 August at the Bao’an Indoor Stadium in Zhangjiakou, China. The collaboration aims to enhance the fan experience through data-driven storytelling and digital content.

Under the agreement, GRID will serve as the exclusive data distribution partner for the tournament, managing real-time in-game data to support broadcasts, media coverage, and fan engagement initiatives. The Snow-Ruyi event is among the largest Dota 2 competitions in Asia.

“Clavision hosts one of the boldest and most imaginative expressions of competitive Dota 2 esports in Asia—the largest esports market in the world,” said Charles Hanley-Nickolls, Chief Procurement Officer at GRID. “Our partnership puts technology at the centre of Snow-Ruyi to deepen the way fans experience, share, and interact with this can’t-miss event.”

“GRID ensures that every moment of Snow-Ruyi is captured, shared, and elevated—from the live competition to the content, stats, and stories surrounding the tournament,” added Cloud Guo, CEO and Founder of Clavision. “Data plays a crucial role in how fans watch and experience esports today, and GRID is continuously innovating and setting that standard across the industry.”

The Snow-Ruyi tournament will feature top international Dota 2 teams such as Tundra Esports, Nigma Galaxy, BetBoom, Parivision, and Gaimin Gladiators. The competition will be played in front of a live audience and offer a prize pool of $700,000.

Founded in 2021, Clavision is focused on producing esports tournaments that blend Chinese culture with global gaming. The company is active in Dota 2 and Counter-Strike 2 (CS2).

GRID’s data platform is widely used across the industry by major game publishers and tournament organisers, including Riot Games, Ubisoft, KRAFTON, and BLAST. Its services support competitive integrity, performance tracking, and broadcast augmentation through real-time analytics.
