The USA Esports Alliance has added three major organisations to its roster of club partners: Evil Geniuses, G2 Esports, and Gen.G Esports.
The trio brings deep North American roots to the Alliance. Evil Geniuses, founded in 1999, is among the oldest American esports organisations in the world. The Los Angeles-based outfit competes in VCT (VALORANT) Americas, 2XKO, and Pokémon UNITE, having a history of grassroots and collegiate-adjacent programming.
G2 Esports runs a North American VALORANT roster in VCT Americas, coached by American Josh “JoshRT“ Lee, who is set to lead the USA National Team at the Esports Nations Cup (ENC) this November. The organisation also fields G2 Minnesota in the Call of Duty League and has operated a U.S.-based Rocket League program since 2016.
The South Korean organisation Gen.G holds a headquarter in Santa Monica. In North America, it competes in Fortnite, Apex Legends, and the NBA 2K League. The organisation has also invested in American esports education, with the most recent move in this area being a partnership with Arizona State University’s GAME School in downtown Los Angeles.

The three organisations join an alliance that already includes several American esports organisations such as 100 Thieves, TSM, Team Liquid, Cloud9, FlyQuest, Dignitas, NRG, Misfits, M80, Spacestation, and Ghost, as well as leading collegiate programs across the country.
USA Esports said in an official statement, “The American esports ecosystem is strongest when its best operators are coordinating with one another, and we’re glad to welcome three more legendary organisations to the table as we keep building.”
Apart from working closely with American esports organisations, USA Esports has also recently signed a partnership deal with KeSPA (Korea e-Sports Association), South Korea’s official esports governing body, to work together in several areas, including national team selection systems, delegation exchanges, youth and scholastic esports programs. One of the main stated objectives of USA Esports at its launch is securing official National Governing Body (NGB) status from the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
