GameSquare Holdings, Inc., the parent company of esports entities including FaZe Clan and Code Red, has scheduled a conference call to provide further details on its recently announced $100 million Ethereum (ETH) treasury initiative. The listen-only call is set for 12:00 p.m. ET on 16 July 2025.

The session will feature CEO Justin Kenna, Dialectic Founder Ryan Zurrer, and Rhydon Lee of Goff Capital. The trio will discuss Dialectic’s proprietary Ethereum yield strategy and its intended impact on GameSquare’s broader financial and strategic positioning.

The initiative is developed in partnership with crypto investment firm Dialectic and being implemented via Dialectic’s Medici platform. According to official communications by GameSquare, the strategy seeks to generate on-chain yields of 8–14%—above the typical 3–4% returns from conventional staking.

“After last week’s highly successful capital raise and investment in ETH, we are excited to share more details on our treasury strategy,” said Kenna in an official press release.

According to the CEO, once fully implemented, the Ethereum-focused treasury strategy could generate more than $10 million in annual profitability. “Our crypto strategy reinforces our existing foundation in gaming, technology, and media, and is aligned with the broader trend of institutional adoption of digital assets,” he added.

GameSquare recently raised approximately $8 million in gross proceeds through an underwritten public offering, selling 8,421,054 shares at $0.95 each. The capital will be used to initiate the treasury strategy, with additional funding potentially directed toward ETH asset purchases, share repurchases, and growth initiatives. The treasury allocation was approved by the company’s board earlier this month and is part of GameSquare’s longer-term decentralised finance (DeFi) roadmap.

GameSquare’s media and technology platform includes marketing, creative services, data analytics, and influencer reach through assets such as FaZe Clan. The company claims to operate one of the largest gaming media networks in North America, according to Comscore.
