The Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) Champion of Champions Tour (CCT) has unveiled details for its third season, set to commence on April 30, 2025.

Organized by gaming data platform GRID Esports, the CCT Season 3 will feature 40 Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) events across four regions — Europe, South America, North America, and Oceania — with a total prize pool exceeding $1.25 million. The season aims to provide structured opportunities for emerging Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) teams to compete and progress within the esports ecosystem.

Europe gets 20 events on its schedule, each offering a $50,000 prize pool. South America hosts 10 events, each with a $20,000 prize pool. North America and Oceania will have 4 events each, featuring a $10,000 prize pool for each of the four North American event and $10,000 AUD (~$6,400) for the ones in Oceania.

Additionally, a Europe-based Tier 3 circuit is planned to support semi-professional teams and grassroots organizations. These tournaments will adopt a streamlined format with two matches per day, scheduled outside traditional work hours to enhance accessibility for participating teams.

Even though it focuses on emerging teams and talents, matches in CCT Season 3 will contribute to Valve’s Regional Standings (VRS). This integration aims to provide teams with a clear pathway to higher-tier events based on their performance.

Esports services company GAM3RS_X will be the official broadcast and administration partner for Season 3. The firm will oversee tournament operations and take responsibility on ensuring competitive integrity throughout the season.

“We couldn’t be more excited to return as the official broadcast and administration partner for CCT Season 3. CCT isn’t just another CS circuit—it’s a platform for rising stars and passionate communities to shine. Our role is to ensure the best possible environment for that to happen,” said Adrian Błaszczyk, Senior Gaming Project Manager at GAM3RS_X at the circuit’s official release.

The circuit will run throughout April 2026. The inaugural event, Europe Series 1, is scheduled to begin on April 30, 2025. Subsequent series across the various regions will follow according to the announced schedule.
