NODWIN Gaming has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Games and Esports Tribunal (IGET) to implement IGET’s dispute resolution framework across its global operations. The agreement was finalised during Global Esports Industry Week 2025 in Austin, Texas.

The framework will apply to disputes arising from NODWIN’s activities, including tournaments, influencer management, content production, marketing, and brand activations. By embedding IGET processes into its governance structures, according to a press release, the company aims to reinforce standards of integrity, fairness, and transparency in line with international practices.

IGET, established by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO AMC), provides Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services covering integrity cases, contractual disagreements, sponsorship matters, and intellectual property issues.

Stephen Hanna, Executive Director of IGET, said: “We are delighted to be working with NODWIN Gaming and to see their adoption of IGET’s framework as a cornerstone of their operations. By embedding IGET into their governance structures, NODWIN is setting an international benchmark for fairness and accountability.”

Akshat Rathee, Co-founder and Managing Director of NODWIN Gaming, added: “This partnership with IGET marks a pivotal step in our journey to scale NODWIN’s operations with the highest standards of governance. As NODWIN Gaming aggressively expands its footprint across emerging markets, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to a credible and transparent dispute resolution process strengthens the foundation of trust on which the esports industry must be built.”

The move comes amid NODWIN’s broader expansion strategy. Earlier this year, the company acquired a stake in fighting game festival Evo and partnered with the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) to lead media rights sales and distribution for the Esports World Cup across South Asia.
