NODWIN Gaming has released its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 (April–June 2026, based on India’s fiscal calendar). The company reported consolidated revenue of INR 116 crore, roughly $12.17 million.
On the profitability front, NODWIN reduced its Q1 EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation) loss to INR 7.53 crore (~$0.79 million), compared to INR 11 crore (~$1.15 million) during the same period last year. The company specifically mentioned that its first quarter is typically its weakest period of the year because of how its events and content calendar are scheduled, so a slow quarter on its own isn’t unusual for the company.
The company explained that its revenue comes from two connected parts of its business: content and live events. Content such as online videos, creator collaborations, and digital coverage helps NODWIN reach gaming and youth audiences. On the other hand, live events are where NODWIN makes money through sponsorships, ticket sales, merchandise, and media rights. That revenue is then used to fund more content, continuing the cycle.

When it comes to investments, NODWIN added a few new business lines during the quarter, including a trading card and board game project, a pop-culture merchandise line, and a school-focused math competition called The National Math Bee, run with the company Bhanzu.
Although acquisition strategy has driven much of its growth, NODWIN paused new deals this quarter. The company said the pause is intentional, as it is taking time to refine how it evaluates and integrates acquisitions before resuming its M&A strategy.
Akshat Rathee, Co-Founder and Managing Director, NODWIN Gaming, said, “The first quarter is traditionally our lightest from a revenue perspective because of the timing of our largest properties, but the progress we’ve made on operating performance is encouraging. Over the past year, we have focused on building a stronger foundation by improving efficiency, refining our acquisition strategy, investing in technology, and expanding the opportunities around our Live and Content businesses.”
The quarterly performance comes as NODWIN continues to build out its international partnerships. Recently, the company partnered with data infrastructure provider Runestone for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Championship Tour (MCT) AMER 2026. NODWIN was also named India’s National Team Partner for the first Esports Nations Cup, set to take place in Riyadh in 2026.
