Italian esports organisation NOVO Esports has secured Kiwi Ears as its official In-Ear Partner, with the collaboration focused solely on its Call of Duty: Warzone competitive roster.

The deal aims to equip the team with specialised audio equipment, which is considered a critical technical component in the title. This partnership follows the recent completion of NOVO’s all-Italian Warzone lineup and aligns with the organisation’s pattern of commercial activity ahead of competitions such as the Esports World Cup (EWC).

The agreement was formalised recently, with Kiwi Ears becoming the dedicated audio provider for NOVO’s Warzone competitors. The organisation stated that supplying the “best equipment available” represents a commitment to the “professional growth” of its athletes. In its announcement, NOVO highlighted the technical necessity of the partnership, noting that in Warzone, “audio positioning can decide the outcome of a match,” making in-ear monitor quality a “critical factor.”

Warzone is exactly the title that launched NOVO to international highlight through the 2025 EWC, a platform the organisation has used to gain visibility and secure brand deals. Since then, the organisation has closed alliances with entities like EF – Education First, the Saudi Tourism Authority, and Radisson Hotels.

Kiwi Ears is expected to provide equipment offering “positional soundstage precision for accurate perception of the game environment” and “audio fidelity to distinguish every crucial sonic detail,” according to the announcement.

In a previous interview with The Esports Radar, NOVO CEO Emanuele Acerbis discussed the importance of global stages for an Italian organisation, stating that events like the Esports World Cup “open doors” to international opportunities and creative partnerships. The organisation’s commercial branch also include services such as the development of a cultural Fortnite map project with the Friuli Venezia Giulia regional government.
