Team Vitality Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) star Mathieu ZywOo Herbaut has signed a new brand ambassador partnership with NVIDIA GeForce.

The partnership was announced on June 8, with ZywOo sharing the news on his social media account. As part of the partnership, ZywOo featured the GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card, calling it a “must-have.” NVIDIA hardware is already part of his gaming setup, with recent professional settings profiles also listing the RTX 5080 among the components he uses.

Neither ZywOo nor NVIDIA disclosed the financial details of the partnership. The two parties have not revealed the value of the deal, how long the agreement will run, or whether it includes additional activities beyond ZywOo’s role as a brand ambassador.

The NVIDIA deal is ZywOo’s third major individual sponsorship partnership, all of them focused on gaming hardware and peripherals. It follows his previous collaborations with ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) and Pulsar Gaming Gears. In May 2025, ZywOo became the official global ambassador for ROG gaming keyboards. A month later, he partnered with Pulsar Gaming Gears on a signature gaming mouse project, a collaboration that continues through ongoing product lines.

Global Esports Industry Week (GEIW) will return in 2026 with a bigger and bolder edition, taking place across 18–21 June in Cologne, Germany, alongside IEM Cologne. The schedule and details about ticket sales are available in this link.

While endemic brands have been increasingly making headlines for sweeping, multi-tiered partnerships with tournaments and organizations, individual player sponsorships are also capturing attention. Other brands have historically favored the consolidated reach of an entire organisation, gaining access to multiple teams and creators under a single deal. However, prominent individual agreements are bringing player-specific partnerships into the spotlight, a strategy approached by NVIDIA in this case.

Notable examples of brands working directly with star players include Razer announcing the Razer NiKo Collection, a line of gaming hardware developed in partnership with Counter-Strike player Nikola “NiKo” Kovač, and Red Bull signing VALORANT star Tyson “TenZ” Ngo to its roster of esports athletes in June 2025.
