ONWEAR, an esports merchandise company, has officially signed four more Counter-Strike 2 teams to sell official merchandise to fans in China. The new partners are Team Falcons of Saudi Arabia, MOUZ of Germany, Aurora Gaming of Serbia and Team Legacy of Brazil.
The arrangement is generally a licensing agreement, similar to those the merchandise company had in its previous esports deals. A team gives ONWEAR the right to make and sell its official merchandise in China and often in other parts of Asia. ONWEAR produces the items in China, which avoids import duties, customs delays, high shipping costs and long delivery times that make ordering from overseas difficult or expensive for Chinese fans.
In deals of this kind, the team typically receives royalty income from sales and gains access to one of the world’s largest esports audiences without having to run local operations itself. ONWEAR typically keeps the revenue from sales after paying royalties and gets a stronger catalogue of well-known teams to offer, along with marketing and event opportunities.
However, this describes the standard licensing model rather than anything ONWEAR or the four teams have confirmed. Neither ONWEAR nor Falcons, MOUZ, Aurora Gaming or Team Legacy has said how these particular agreements are structured, including whether royalties are paid, how revenue is split or what each side receives.
Fans in China can purchase these officially licensed jerseys through ONWEAR’s shops on Taobao, WeChat, Douyin, Weibo and Huya, whereas the audience in the Asia-Pacific region can buy them through ONWEAR’s official website.
The timing of these four new deals is deliberate. Two major CS2 tournaments are coming up in Asia, and the additions mean ONWEAR now covers a large share of the teams attending both. IEM Beijing runs from November 2 to 8 with 16 teams, and ONWEAR will offer official merchandise from six of them. BLAST Premier Rivals Hong Kong runs from November 11 to 15 with eight teams, and seven of those are covered.
This is not the company’s first major push into China with a Western organisation. In April 2026, FaZe partnered with ONWEAR to expand its merchandise across the Asia-Pacific region and China. The French organisation Team Vitality also has an existing partnership with ONWEAR. In an exclusive interview with The Esports Radar, Amélie Canet, Vitality’s Strategy & Brand Development Director, explained that the deal also helps with the practical difficulties of producing for the Chinese market.
