Randstad France has been named the official recruiter partner for Karmine Corp’s LEC Spring Roadtrip 2026.
Randstad is a major recruitment and HR company founded in the Netherlands in 1960 and operates in multiple markets around the world. The LEC Spring Roadtrip is part of Riot Games’ traveling event series for the League of Legends EMEA Championship (LEC).
While the financial terms of the deal weren’t publicly revealed, Randstad France’s role in the Karmine Corp partnership focuses on recruiting and managing the temporary workforce needed to run the event.
Large esports events require many staff members behind the scenes to handle logistics, fan experience and operations. As the official recruiter, Randstad will be responsible for sourcing the staff, assigning them to roles and coordinating their work during the event.
The event at Les Arènes de Grand Paris Sud in Évry-Courcouronnes is expected to host around 2,500 fans per day from 24 to 26 April 2026, meaning dozens of temporary workers are required. Randstad will help recruit staff such as hosts, production assistants and other event workers who support the live show.

After hiring staff, the company will also organise where and when each person works during the event. Some workers will be assigned to ticket scanning and fan entry, while others may assist broadcast teams backstage or help manage crowds inside the arena.
Randstad France said in the official LinkedIn post, “We are proud to announce that Randstad is the official recruiter of the LEC Spring Roadtrip by Karmine Corp for the 2026 edition. From 24 to 26 April 2026, Les Arènes de Grand Paris Sud in Évry-Courcouronnes will become the centre of European e-sport, welcoming more than 2,500 fans per day for an extraordinary competition.”
The partnership between Randstad and Karmine Corp first began in 2025, when Riot Games officially unveiled the LEC Roadtrip event. In April 2025, Karmine Corp announced that it was hiring staff for its LEC Roadtrip event through Randstad and referred to the company as its official recruiter.
