Japanese esports team REIGNITE has officially announced a business partnership with NOEZ FOXX to jointly operate a VALORANT division for the 2026 season.
While the financial terms of this partnership were not disclosed, the two teams have confirmed that they will work together to run a single roster in the VALORANT Challengers Japan 2026 season. As part of the agreement, REIGNITE has received the league participation right from NOEZ FOXX, which means the team will compete in the 2026 Main Stage under a new name, REIGNITE FOXX.
For this new joint venture, two professional players and coach from NOEZ FOXX’s VALORANT team will join REIGNITE FOXX. The remaining three slots will be filled by new players.
REIGNITE has explicitly mentioned that their company will be managing this crew going forward, which could possibly include their salaries as well.

REIGNITE currently runs several divisions across different games, including Apex Legends, Pokémon UNITE, e-Motorsports and PUBG MOBILE. As reported by Esports Earnings, the organisation has earned around $400,000 in prize money from 37 tournaments.
In February 2024, the team announced an indefinite break from VALORANT and is finally returning to the competitive scene after a two-year break. Yasufumi Saijo, CEO of CORETECH Co. which operates REIGNITE, said that REIGNITE explored various options to relaunch the division and ultimately decided to operate the team jointly with NOEZ FOXX..
Mitsuaki Takumi, CEO of NOEZ FOXX, also said in a public statement, (translated from Japanese), “As NOEZ FOXX was looking ahead to its activities for next year, we received a request from REIGNITE to consider restarting their VALORANT division. As we continued our discussions, we felt that our goals were aligned and decided that the best option was to pursue joint operations. We are very pleased to be able to take on the 2026 season with such a strong partner as REIGNITE.”
