Norwegian esports organisation Metizport has announced a new partnership with Samsung, which will join the organisation as its official monitor partner.

The financial terms of the partnership weren’t publicly disclosed. As part of this deal, the esports team confirmed that the Samsung Odyssey OLED logo will appear on the right sleeve of Metizport’s Counter-Strike 2 team jerseys.

In return, Samsung will provide their Odyssey OLED monitors for Metizport’s Counter-Strike players and training facilities to help them improve the training environment for the team’s players.

Arjan Sydhagen Dalsøren, CEO of Metizport, said in an official release, “We are proud of the trust Samsung has placed in us and are genuinely excited to further develop this collaboration. Working closely with such a strong and exclusive global brand gives us both inspiration and motivation to continue elevating the organization.”

Global Esports Industry Week (GEIW) will return in 2026 with a bigger and bolder edition, taking place across 18–21 June in Cologne, Germany, alongside IEM Cologne. The schedule and details about ticket sales are available in this link.

Besides the monitor partnership, Metizport also managed to lock in a deal a few months ago with gaming chair brand AndaSeat to create a custom chair matching Metizport’s visual identity.

Outside of partnerships, the organisation also announced last year that Perry Smith had joined as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), who will help grow their brand and rack up new partnerships to expand its footprint in the esports world.
