SARC Global, a strategic advisory and consulting firm, and NODWIN Gaming have announced a partnership to accelerate esports growth in India. The collaboration will focus on promoting tournaments, monetising NODWIN’s intellectual properties through sponsorships and subsidies, and advocating esports-friendly policies with government stakeholders.
According to a report by the India Education Diary Bureau, SARC Global will leverage its expertise in policy advocacy, investment facilitation, and cross-border partnerships to support states such as Maharashtra, Bihar, and Rajasthan, which are implementing new pro-gaming policies.

“The Maharashtra state government has recently announced a policy to promote and foster digital gaming, giving this emergent sector strong tailwinds. SARC Global can play a major role in facilitating, bringing investment, mentoring this sector and identifying partners across the world,” said Rajendra Bagade, Senior Partner at SARC Global, to the India Education Diary Bureau.
NODWIN Gaming CEO Gautam Virk added the initiative aims to bridge competitive gaming with business and policy frameworks to enable long-term growth.
India’s esports sector is seeing rising brand investment, with international organisers such as the Esports World Cup (EWC) and BLAST strengthening their presence in the country.
NODWIN itself has been expanding through acquisitions, as earlier this year the company acquired a stake in fighting game festival Evo, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Games and Esports Tribunal (IGET) to implement IGET’s dispute resolution framework across its global operations.
