Croatia-based tournament organiser Service E Sports Events SRLS (SEE eSports) has received an International Event License from Epic Games and BLAST.

Following this deal, the company is now eligible to launch the College GameBreakers League (CGBL), a global Rocket League competition focused on university players, hosting officially recognised Rocket League tournaments under Epic and BLAST’s oversight.

Unlike traditional esports organisations, SEE eSports is primarily known for managing competitive gaming teams, organising tournaments, and providing consulting services in the esports sector. “Our mission is to elevate collegiate esports by combining education, innovation, and competition, eventually creating opportunities that inspire the next generation of players and professionals,” the company stated in their LinkedIn post.

When it comes to the College GameBreakers League, it was established in 2025 where players can compete in fast-paced 3v3 matches to score goals with a variety of cars. During this event, SEE eSports will also team up with GameBreakers Network, based in Canada, to handle core operations like logistics, tech infrastructure, and community outreach. Therefore, the company thanked GameBreakers Network as their “partner” in the launch post.
