Esports news publication Sheep Esports has announced the launch of its Brazilian division, Sheep Esports Brazil, marking a continued expansion of its international operations.
The new branch will be led by Luís “Showtana” Santana, a journalist and content creator known for his work at the Brazilian League of Legends (LoL) scene. According to the announcement, the initiative has seen rapid early growth, with the Sheep Esports Brazil page on the social media platform X nearing 10,000 followers in just over 24 hours.

This launch forms part of the outlet’s broader strategy to become the “biggest global esports news outlet.” The Brazilian division joins the already-established Sheep Esports Francophone and Sheep Esports en Español channels.
In a related development, the Brazilian branch’s coverage will include established Sheep Esports partners, namely the poker and betting company Winamax and the soft drink brand HOLY Squad.
