Team Secret has announced that it is expanding its partnership with VTVCab, one of Vietnam’s top television and digital content providers.
The two organizations first began working together in October 2025, and the expansion was confirmed in the last week of November 2025. The partnership started with Team Secret Whales, the team that competed in the League of Legends World Championship.
While the financial terms of the new agreement weren’t publicly disclosed, the partnership will now also include Team Secret’s PUBG Mobile (PUBGM) team, which is currently competing in the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC). The team says this expansion will help bring more attention to their progress and highlight Vietnamese talent in the global esports scene.

John Yao, CEO of Team Secret, said, “Vietnam is one of the most passionate esports regions in the world. Expanding our partnership with VTVcab — and becoming their first-ever foreign partner — is a major milestone for us. With our teams returning to Worlds and competing on the PMGC stage right now, this collaboration comes at the perfect time to showcase Vietnam’s incredible talent to the world.”
The company also officially confirmed that Team Secret and VTVCab will work together on broadcasts, content, and fan engagement. As a result, Vietnamese fans will get better access to Team Secret’s players and teams, while international audiences will learn more about Southeast Asian esports.
VTVCab plans to feature Team Secret across its media network to highlight the importance of this international collaboration.
