The inaugural Global Esports Industry Week (GEIW), taking place from 18 to 22 June 2025 during the BLAST.tv Austin Major Finals, has confirmed its first wave of partners. Valhalla has been named Presenting Partner, while GRID and Visit Raleigh join as Supporting Partners. UNEVN and Gamercraft have also been announced as official partners for the debut edition of the event.
Valhalla, a metaverse, open-world multiplayer adventure game, will play a central role in delivering a premium experience for industry leaders, stakeholders, and delegates attending from across the global esports landscape.
GRID, a data platform powering competitive gaming, and Visit Raleigh, the official destination marketing organisation for Raleigh, North Carolina, will support GEIW’s programming and community outreach as Supporting Partners.
UNEVN and Gamercraft add further strength to the partner line-up, bringing expertise in gaming performance hardware and competitive gaming platforms, respectively. There’ll be two UNEVN Base 2.0 desks in the Play Zone too.
Sam Cooke, CEO & Co-Founder of The Insights Group (which owns The Esports Radar) noted: “We’re really honoured to have had such great support from our partners for this inaugural edition of Global Esports Industry Week! We’ve a really strong agenda lined up, and can guarantee some great, honest and productive conversations about the sector will take place across the 18th to the 20th, alongside some big announcements, fun socials, and a padel tournament. What’s not to love?“
Stephen Hanna, CEO of the Esports Integrity Commission commented: “With the backing of Valhalla, GRID, Visit Raleigh, UNEVN and Gamercraft, Global Esports Industry Week is poised to become a fixture on the esports calendar—uniting decision-makers from every corner of the global industry. ESIC is proud to co-host this first edition with The Esports Radar and BLAST, and our goal is clear: convert the thought leadership convened in Austin into tangible wins for the global esports industry.”
