XBorg, an AI infrastructure company, has officially formed a partnership with European esports organisation, G2 Esports.

The financial terms of the deal have not been shared. However, the company has confirmed that G2 will be able to use XBorg’s full fan engagement system called FanBase as a part of the agreement. The platform lets fans take part in interactive activities such as quests, challenges, and leaderboards. Fans can also earn rewards, and the app can personalise these experiences based on each person’s interests and behavior.

A major part of the agreement is the launch of FanBase Copilot, a new AI tool created by XBorg. The tool tracks what is happening in G2’s world, including tournaments, player livestreams, and social media. Based on this information, FanBase Copilot can automatically suggest and start campaigns like giveaways, polls, predictions, and gaming challenges. All of these will take place directly inside G2’s FanBase app.

Both companies say the partnership aims to help fans feel more involved with G2 Esports. They believe that using real-time AI will allow fans to interact with teams and players in more meaningful and fun ways.

XBorg isn’t stopping there. In November 2025, the company also teamed up with Cloud9 to level up how that organization connects with its fans. Just like with G2, Cloud9 will get access to similar AI powered features designed to make fan interactions feel more personal and more fun.
