Andorran esports organisation AM Gaming, also known as Achieveminds Gaming, has been acquired and will now compete in Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) as Nordic Partners Gaming (NPG).
Fabian Broich, who founded Achieveminds in 2021, announced the launch of NPG and said the new organisation had acquired AM Gaming’s CS2 roster. The team will keep playing, but under the NPG name and, according to Broich, with a new commercial structure behind it.
Broich said the team had risen from outside the world’s top 200 to the top-60 range over the past few months. He added that new players have recently joined the roster, which typically causes a team’s ranking to dip temporarily before it has a chance to climb back up as the new lineup settles in.
Under the new structure, Broich will lead NPG as its director. Joining him on NPG’s board is Håvard Lehn, CEO of Nordic.Partners, an “iGaming” network (the industry shorthand for online gambling and casino products). Lehn brings 15 years of iGaming experience to the board.
Through this connection to Nordic.Partners, part of NPG’s commercial backbone will stem from casino affiliate marketing rather than relying solely on traditional sponsorships or tournament winnings.

Fabian Broich said in a LinkedIn post, “Nordic Partners Gaming was created around a simple reality: engaged audiences do not automatically create sustainable esports businesses. Teams and creators need dependable revenue, stronger commercial structures and partners who understand the industry. Therefore, the iGaming network from Nordic.Partners will play a major role in connecting the expertise from iGaming and esports.”
“Esports organisations and gaming creators need dependable partnerships that allow them to invest, plan ahead, and build sustainable businesses,” said Håvard Lehn, Group CEO of Nordic Network Ltd., in a press release. “Many iGaming companies recognise the potential of gaming audiences but need credible guidance on organisations, creators, and commercial opportunities. NPG will bring these worlds together.”
While many betting and casino brands in CS2 primarily operate as sponsors rather than team owners, Nordic.Partners is not the first iGaming company to directly own an esports organisation. Russian bookmaker PARI owns 100% of the legal entity behind PARIVISION, a Serbia-based esports organisation that fields CS2 and Dota 2 rosters, with its operations heavily backed by iGaming funding. Similarly, BC.Game, a crypto casino, launched BC.Game Esports around 2024 and has since signed several high-profile players.
For now, the practical change for AM Gaming fans is a name and jersey swap: the same core organisation, competing under a new banner, backed by new ownership with ties to the gambling affiliate business. Beyond this acquisition, Achieveminds was also recently in the news for its partnership with Germany-based insurance and financial services provider Allianz Agency Döpke to develop insurance solutions specifically designed for the esports industry.
