London-headquartered MMORPG-focused esports organisation Method has become the first community partner in Ready’s new Community Finance initiative.

Ready is a mobile financial app built around the idea of linking everyday spending to communities people want to support. Community Finance is its programme for doing this, and Method is the first group to join. As part of the deal, Ready has introduced the Method x Ready Visa Card which directs a portion of transaction fees directly to Method at no additional cost to users.

The Method x Ready Visa Card works like any other regular card. Users can spend it on groceries, coffee, games, or other daily purchases. A portion of the fees generated by those transactions goes to Method, and the cardholder pays nothing extra for this. Each purchase also earns points, which can be exchanged for rewards tied to the guild.

The rewards list includes exclusive World of Warcraft: Race to World First merchandise and posters, discounts on Method merchandise, and digital rewards. It also features experiences such as gaming sessions and coaching with Method raiders, video reviews of a user’s gameplay by Method players, and the chance to have one’s name shown on a Race to World First broadcast.

Other listed perks include meetups with players and creators, signed merchandise, cameos, guild invites, limited item drops, match tickets, player sessions, and exclusive events.

To get started, users visit the Method x Ready signup page and download the Ready app. Within the app, users choose which community they want to support. Method is the only option for now, though Ready has said future partner communities will also be available. Once a community is selected, everyday spending automatically supports that group while earning points.

However, there are some restrictions on who can use the card. It is available only to individuals aged 18 and above, is subject to country-specific restrictions, and is not offered in Europe or the United Kingdom. Neither party has disclosed the exact list of countries where users are eligible to apply for the card in their official announcements.

The partnership goes beyond the card itself. Ready will have a major branding position across Method’s digital content and will also appear at Method’s in-person events, watch parties, and related activities.

The Ready deal is not Method’s only recent partnership. In August 2026, the guild partnered with menswear brand BadRhino, marking the clothing company’s first move into competitive gaming. A month later, Method announced American hardware maker Glorious as its official peripheral partner.
