Stake has announced that its Stake Pulse Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) tournament series will return in 2027 with six events. Similar to last year’s arrangement, the 2027 series will be produced in partnership with Swedish esports broadcast agency Black Molly Entertainment (BME).

Under the continued agreement across all six 2027 events, Stake serves as the title sponsor and brand partner while BME handles overall day-to-day operations and live broadcast execution from its BME Studio facility in Stockholm, Sweden, following the setup of the initial three events in 2026. As part of the deal, BME manages comprehensive event logistics and team services, including player hotel accommodations, food catering, local transportation, dedicated practice rooms, player lounge access, production and broadcast, and complete on-site facility support throughout the competition.

The new season runs from Beat IV through Beat IX, continuing the numbering from the three tournaments played this year. The first three events of 2027 each carry an $80,000 prize pool, for a combined $240,000. That is more than the $200,000 distributed across all three events in 2026. Prize pools for the final three events have not yet been announced.

Here’s a quick overview of the 2027 Stake Pulse events list:

  • Beat IV: February 16–21 – $80,000 USD prize pool
  • Beat V: April 6–11 – $80,000 USD prize pool
  • Beat VI: April 26 – May 1 – $80,000 USD prize pool
  • Beat VII: July 6–11 – Prize pool TBA
  • Beat VIII: August 17–22 – Prize pool TBA
  • Beat IX: October 26–31 – Prize pool TBA

Organisers have confirmed that the format will stay the same. Each Beat features 16 teams, with two places in every tournament awarded through open qualifiers, meaning teams outside the invited list can earn their way in. Further details on open registration will be released closer to each event.

The series debuted in 2026 with three tournaments, all at the Stockholm studio and each with 16 teams. Beat I, played from July 31 to August 5, and Beat II, from September 21 to 26, each offered $60,000. Prize money rose to $80,000 for Beat III, held from October 12 to 17. Betclic won Beat I, HEROIC took Beat II and Ninjas in Pyjamas won Beat III in October.

Besides the Stake Pulse series, the online betting platform also runs another CS2 LAN tournament circuit called Stake Ranked in partnership with esports tournament organiser StarLadder.
