Australian grassroots operator AUS Esports & Gaming and Queensland Esports have formally named supplier Awards and Trophies as their official awards partner.

The deal formalises a decade-long regional relationship into an official national partnership to support the organisation’s expanding calendar of school esports championships, community tournaments, and live events across Australia.

The collaboration centers on expanding grassroots development and recognising student competitors as AUS Esports & Gaming scales its operations beyond its origin state of Queensland. The organisation specialises in end-to-end event management, structured intra-school leagues, and community gaming activations aiming to establish accessible educational and competitive pathways for youth outside major metropolitan centers.

The expanded deal will supply custom medals and hardware across a series of scheduled 2026 grassroots fixtures. Key events include the Acer Predator QEG Fest Ekka 2026 in August, the Ipswich Esports Cup 2026 at the Ipswich Civic Centre in September, and interstate expansions including the Adelaide School Esports Championships and The Tour Adelaide in late October and November.

The formalisation of the partnership comes amidst broader momentum within the Australian esports ecosystem targeting local communities and emerging talent. In July 2026, esports venue operator Game Square opened the 550-square-metre Red Bull Gaming Hub Parramatta in Western Sydney, reflecting a wider market trend of developing physical infrastructure and local brand partnerships for grassroots players, creators, and university students across the country.
