OverActive Media, parent company of esports organisations Movistar KOI and Toronto Ultra, has unveiled ActiveVoices, a new AI-driven platform aimed at simplifying global content localisation for esports teams, streamers and digital creators. Presented during the China Esports Conference 2025 in Shanghai, the software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool is designed to provide instant translation, AI-powered dubbing, and multi-platform publishing capabilities.

The platform supports over a dozen languages at launch—including English, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Indonesian and Arabic—and allows content to be published across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch and Instagram, with plans to expand to additional platforms. According to OverActive, the tool enables creators to reach broader audiences without incurring extra production costs, while maintaining control of their voice, identity and data.

Adam Adamou, CEO and Co-Founder of OverActive Media, described the platform as a creator-first solution: “With one click, creators can authentically engage new audiences in Madrid, Riyadh, Shanghai and beyond, amplifying their original voices rather than manufacturing new ones.”

ActiveVoices marks a strategic shift for the company as it enters the digital infrastructure space. The new offering will operate on a high-margin, recurring revenue model and is aimed at influencers, esports teams and media agencies. It is also seen as a long-term growth engine, leveraging OverActive’s existing creator network and fan base—reportedly more than 100 million strong.

A pilot version of the platform, branded KOI Voices, is being rolled out to a select group of partners linked to OverActive’s Movistar KOI and Toronto Ultra properties. A wider commercial launch is expected to follow, supported by a technical partnership with AI localisation firm Aview.

In the platform announcement, Adamou shared insights into the strategy behind the initiative: “ActiveVoices is more than a product; it’s a strategic growth engine for OverActive. By combining high-margin SaaS revenue with our owned distribution and creator network, we’re building scalable digital infrastructure that transforms our audience reach into long-term commercial value. This marks a pivotal step in OverActive’s evolution, expanding our business into a global media and technology platform.”
