Christian Husingen has been named Marketing Director EMEA at Razer Europe GmbH, the European branch of gaming hardware brand Razer Inc. He steps into the role after more than two years with the company, having previously served as Head of Business Management EMEA.
Husingen’s career spans senior marketing and business roles at a series of high-profile technology companies. Prior to joining Razer, he spent over seven years at audio brand Shure in multiple leadership positions, including Associate Director – New Business and Strategic Partnerships, and Associate Director – Consumer Audio for Western Europe.
His earlier experience includes nearly two years at Acer as Trade Marketing Manager EMEA and Trade Marketing Development Manager for Central Europe, as well as over a year at ASUS as Trade Marketing Manager. He also worked for LG Electronics for close to six years in trade marketing roles.
Razer Europe GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, serves as the regional hub for Razer’s operations in the European market. Globally, Razer is a prominent brand in the esports industry, known for its gaming peripherals. The company has a long history of sponsoring esports tournaments, teams, and athletes, and its products are widely used in competitive gaming environments across multiple titles and regions.
Beyond hardware and sponsorships, Razer is also expanding into artificial intelligence. In August 2025, the company launched its AI Center of Excellence in Singapore, the first of three planned global AI hubs, with additional centres to follow in Europe and the United States.
