ESL FACEIT Group (EFG) has confirmed that the EA FC Pro 26 Global Qualifier will take place at DreamHack Atlanta from 31 October to 2 November 2025, delivering the in-person event along with EA Sports. The qualifier will feature a 256-player open bracket, offering a $152,000 prize pool, and will act as a gateway to the $1 million FC Pro Open season.
Prize money at the Global Qualifier will be distributed among the top 64 finishers, with those placing between 17th and 24th earning $5,000 each, 25th to 32nd taking $4,000, and 33rd to 64th receiving $2,500.
The FC Pro Open itself, with $1 million prize pool, will run weekly from 24 November 2025 to 20 January 2026, culminating in finals on 26 January 2026. Prize money will be distributed across the season, with the champion set to claim $100,000 and payouts extending to 24th place.

Additional earnings will be available through the FC Pro Open Cups, where prize amounts vary by region — with top awards of $8,500 in Europe West/East, $5,000 in LATAM North/South, the Middle East, and North America, and $3,000 in Africa, Asia North/South, and Oceania. The season will culminate later in 2026 with the FC Pro World Championship, which will carry a further $1 million in prize money.
This approach mirrors EA’s strategy in other flagship esports properties, such as the Madden Championship Series (MCS 26), which also ties large prize pools to seasonal structures to maintain both player and audience engagement.
Further details on regional competitions, partner league events, and World Championship qualification opportunities are expected in the coming months.
