Dallas-based esports organization Team Envy (officially ENVY) has officially announced the launch of its new esports Performance Lab in Fairview, Texas, a suburb in the Dallas metro area. The facility is set to debut next month and is strategically located across from the Allen Event Center.
As announced by Envy’s Owner and CEO, Mike “Hastr0” Rufail on X, the facility is designed to provide special training, host bootcamps and organise events for professional gamers and esports teams. It will feature high-end gaming equipment and setups configured explicitly for professional play and boast state-of-the-art amenities like hotels, grocery stores, restaurants, a movie theater, and retail shopping.

In the statement, Rufail said: “We will open the Envy Performance Lab in Fairview, TX next month. It will feature high-end gaming equipment in an amazing space. The lab is located directly across the street from the Allen Event Center where plenty of larger esports events are beginning to lease (ie League of Legends NA championship).”
The lab’s flexible design also allows for single-day rentals, multi-week bootcamps, or large-scale tournaments, with ENVY opening the facility for external partnerships and rentals to support the broader esports ecosystem.
The organization already operates a 20,872-square-foot headquarters in Dallas’ Victory Park (opened 2019) and holds operating rights to Esports Stadium Arlington, North America’s largest dedicated esports venue. The new Fairview facility further expands Envy’s infrastructure footprint in the region.
