Team Heretics has announced a new partnership with Theta Network, a company known for its decentralized cloud technology for AI and media. Together, they are building an AI Agent that will give fans more interactive ways to follow their favorite games.

The AI Agent will support several Team Heretics titles, including VALORANT, League of Legends, Brawl Stars, and Call of Duty. As a result, fans will be able to get live match insights, player stats, and personalised content based on how familiar they are with each game. The tool will also work directly inside Discord and on Team Heretics’ official platforms to make it easy for fans to interact with it on platforms they already use.

The company confirmed that this new system will run on Theta EdgeCloud, which combines major cloud services like Google Cloud and AWS with a community network of edge nodes. This setup allows Team Heretics to use AI at a larger scale and with better performance.

Theta Network continues to expand its presence in the esports ecosystem through several recent partnerships. Esports organisation Method is working with Theta to launch an AI agent that guides players in World of Warcraft, Rumble, and the upcoming Dune: Awakening.

100 Thieves has also integrated Theta’s technology into its e-commerce platforms, community channels, and social content. Meanwhile, news outlet Sheep Esports is using Theta technology to power Shepherd, an AI tool that improves access to esports data and insights.

Theta has confirmed that the Heretics AI Agent is planned to launch in early 2026 and stated that this collaboration is part of its Team Heretic’s ongoing effort to bring new and creative digital experiences to its global audience.
