Two Brazilian esports organisations have consolidated their commercial and sporting assets into a single entity. W7M Esports and Fluxo announced a merger on 9 December 2025, forming a new organisation named Fluxo W7M. The move integrates the two operations, with the stated goal of combining W7M’s management structure with Fluxo’s community presence.

The merger follows over a year of collaborative work in League of Legends at Riot GamesLTA (now CBLOL). The partnership will now extend to all competitive titles operated by the organisations, including Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), Rainbow SixFree FireEA FC, and the Fluxo FC (Kings League) project. The integration process is currently underway.

Felipe Funari, CEO of the W7M holding, which enters as a business partner of the new established entity, commented on the move. “This merger is not just about joining operations, it is about creating a stronger, more prepared organisation with a greater capacity to generate value for partners, athletes, and fans,” Funari stated.

Fluxo founders BrunoNobruGoes and Lucio “Cerol” Lima will be partners in Fluxo W7M and continue to be involved in strategic decisions. Governance will be shared between the parties. Regarding the merger, Nobru said, “This merger represents a new chapter for everyone who is part of this journey. We are building something even more robust, focused on the community, the athletes, and the future we believe in for the ecosystem.”

The merger brings the rosters and coaching staff from both organisations under a unified structure. For existing partners and sponsors, all current contracts will be maintained under their original terms.

This consolidation occurs within a broader context of organisational restructuring in the Brazilian esports industry, as companies seek sustainable operational models. Other significant moves reorganising the local landscape include the creation of a holding by FURIA, TMG, and the acquisition of MIBR by Spun Mídia, which also operates organisation LOS.
