Fluxo W7M has officially named Eudson Filho as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Filho, who previously served as the organization’s Head of Operations, assumes the role during a period of operational integration following the merger between W7M Investments and Fluxo. His primary mandate includes overseeing the strategic direction of the holding company across both esports and entertainment, with a specific focus on expanding the brand’s footprint in international markets.

During his five-year tenure at the organization, Filho has held several strategic positions, including Team Manager, Head of Esports, and Director of Operations. He is credited with playing a central role in the financial reorganization that allowed the team to operate with its own resources prior to the merger. His appointment is seen as a move to solidify the leadership structure after the corporate union was finalized in December 2025.

Global Esports Industry Week (GEIW) will return in 2026 with a bigger and bolder edition, taking place across 18–21 June in Cologne, Germany, alongside IEM Cologne. The schedule and details about ticket sales are available in this link.

The organizational strategy under Filho will prioritize the strengthening of content production and the broadening of commercial and institutional opportunities. The merger and leadership shift follows a collaborative period between W7M and Fluxo that began in CBLOL (Brazilian League of Legends Championship, then branded as LTA) and eventually led to a full societal union to combine W7M’s operational structure with Fluxo’s audience reach.

The merger effectively unites W7M‘s competitive legacy—including its multi-world championship-winning Rainbow Six Siege division—with Fluxo’s established presence in Free Fire and Counter-Strike 2. By appointing an executive with deep roots in the W7M operational side, the organization aims to maintain its “high-performance” DNA while scaling its media and entertainment influence.
