ESL FACEIT Group (EFG) and ZOWIE, the professional esports brand by BenQ, have announced a two-year expansion of their partnership. Under the renewed agreement, ZOWIE will serve as the exclusive Official Monitor Supplier for the entire ESL Pro Tour ecosystem throughout 2026 and 2027.

The deal ensures that all major Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) competitions, including Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) and the ESL Pro League, will be equipped with ZOWIE’s monitors.

Beyond hardware supply, ZOWIE will receive brand integration across official broadcasts and physical “stage takeovers” at live arena events. Fans will also have access to on-site product trials and opportunities to win hardware through collaborative activations.

According to a press release, the expanded partnership follows a successful integration during IEM events in 2025. By extending the scope to the full ESL Pro Tour, EFG aims to provide a standardised, high-performance environment for professional players.

Global Esports Industry Week (GEIW) will return in 2026 with a bigger and bolder edition, taking place across 18–21 June in Cologne, Germany, alongside IEM Cologne. The schedule and details about ticket sales are available in this link.

At the partnership announcement, Andreas Jernberg, VP Brand Partnership Development at EFG, stated: “Expanding our partnership with ZOWIE as our Official Monitor Supplier and Global Partner empowers us to continue providing the best competition experiences, not only enriching our professional players with state-of-the-art technology to bolster their performance, but also creating optimal environments for fans to see the pros at their best.”

The agreement reinforces ZOWIE’s strategy of focusing on the core competitive first-person shooter (FPS) market. Data provided by the company suggests an approximate 88% usage rate of ZOWIE monitors among professional Counter-Strike players, a statistic the brand leverages to maintain its status as the “entrenched” hardware choice.

The partnership will cover several global stops and studio seasons over the next 24 months, including the IEM Cologne Major 2026. This follows ZOWIE’s recent appointment as the Official Monitor Partner for the StarLadder Budapest 2025 Major.
