NODWIN Gaming, a major player in the South Asian and Middle Eastern esports ecosystems, announced a partnership with technology and data provider Runestone.
The year-long agreement aims to integrate real-time data infrastructure and integrity monitoring across NODWIN’s portfolio of intellectual properties. The partnership launched alongside the NODWIN Clutch Series, a $50,000 online Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) tournament.
By focusing on the Tier 2 circuit, both companies intend to create a more transparent and structured “talent pipeline” for teams operating just below the elite global level.

For NODWIN Gaming, the partnership is a step towards professionalising its regional broadcasts and operational oversight. Teemu Koski, Global Head of Data Monetization at NODWIN Gaming, noted that integrity and transparency are fundamental to sustainable ecosystems, particularly in Tier 2 competitions where emerging talent is most vulnerable.
“NODWIN Gaming has built one of the most dynamic esports ecosystems across emerging markets, and we’re thrilled to collaborate with a partner that shares our focus on building sustainable competitive ecosystems”, said Michael Schwartz, Head of Partnerships at Runestone. “By combining NODWIN’s experience in operating global esports IPs with Runestone’s integrity and engagement infrastructure, we can support tournaments with greater transparency, deeper fan interaction, and scalable operational tools.”
“Supporting the NODWIN Clutch Series is an exciting starting point, and we’re looking forward to expanding into new titles, formats, and regions together,” added Schwartz.
The collaboration will introduce new operational tools for tournament organisers and interactive engagement features for audiences, with both companies already exploring expansions into mobile-first titles. As NODWIN continues to scale its presence across India, the Middle East, and Central Asia, the integration of Runestone provides a standardised foundation for its future international events.
The deal marks another expansion move for Runestone, which has rapidly consolidated its position as a primary data layer for the industry. It follows Runestone’s recent long-term partnership with PGL through 2029, its data deal with NODWIN-owned StarLadder for the Budapest Major 2025, and its recent year-long EMEA agreement with SURGE for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang circuit. By joining forces with NODWIN Gaming, Runestone gains a significant foothold in the “Global South,” where mobile-first gaming and emerging PC markets are driving the next wave of industry growth.
