The Military Esports League (MEL) has announced a strategic partnership with Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), establishing the global hospitality network as the league’s Official Hospitality Partner.
The collaboration is designed to standardise the travel experience for the MEL’s participants, which includes active-duty service members, veterans, and military families. ALHI, which represents over 250 luxury hotels and resorts globally, will oversee host hotel selection and on-site hospitality logistics for the league’s upcoming international event schedule.

The agreement follows a month of expansion for the MEL. In the last four weeks, the league has secured a cultural partnership with the band Five Finger Death Punch and signed an official agreement with America250 to integrate esports into the United States’ 250th-anniversary celebrations leading up to July 4, 2026.
This move also marks a continuation of ALHI’s dedicated push into the gaming sector. In 2025, the group launched a suite of strategic partnerships with UNEVN, Cyberlabs, and PLAYHRDR Advisors to integrate portable gaming stations and esports-ready infrastructure across its member properties.
“ALHI has always highlighted our Armed Forces in our thought leadership,” said Michael Dominguez, President & CEO of ALHI. “To be a selected partner of the Military Esports League is not only exciting but truly an honor for us as an organisation. We continue to grow our ALHI brand in the esports community as a trusted advisor and partner.”
The partnership is led by Neil Johnson, VP of Esports Sales & Consulting Services at ALHI, who noted the personal significance of the deal. “As a military dependent of a Marine who served for 30 years, I believe our service members deserve experiences that reflect that commitment. By pairing MEL’s mission-driven ecosystem with the world-class hospitality ALHI is known for, we’re creating environments that honor service and inspire excellence.”
Beyond logistics, the partnership will include storytelling initiatives and community connections at host properties, aiming to ensure that the hospitality experience remains consistent regardless of the event’s global location.
