OverActive Media has announced the renewal of its partnership with AMD, continuing a relationship that began in May 2023. The agreement supports OverActive’s Call of Duty League (CDL) team Toronto Ultra through both technology and branding.
In a post shared on LinkedIn, OverActive described AMD as a “longtime partner and key player behind the scenes,” highlighting the use of the company’s graphics cards and processors in team operations. The organisation credited AMD with helping its players perform at a high level through reliable and high-performance hardware.
This renewal continues AMD’s role in supporting both the competitive and technical side of OverActive’s operations. Specific terms of the renewed agreement have not been made public.
OverActive Media is a Toronto-based esports and entertainment company that owns and operates professional teams across major gaming titles. Its portfolio includes Toronto Ultra and Movistar KOI—a European organisation formed through a 2024 merger with KOI and Movistar Riders. Movistar KOI, however, is not included in AMD’s partnership activations.
