Custom PC builder Chillblast and Finnish tech innovator UNEVN have announced a new partnership to bring UNEVN’s foldable, modular PC desks to a broader range of industries in the UK and beyond.
The primary goal of this collaboration is to expand its availability in education, hospitality, sports, and commercial retail sectors, where, according to the companies, portable and easily deployable PC setups are increasingly in demand.
UNEVN’s flagship product, the BASE desk, is manufactured in Finland and comes with a unique design featuring a height-adjustable workstation with a built-in PC and a monitor that folds directly into the desk surface when not in use.
The components are upgradeable, and the desk is designed to be packed down and moved quickly, weighing between 21 and 25 kilograms. It requires only a single power cable, with internal cable management already handled, making it easy to move and quick to set up for events and training.
The desks are already in use across schools, universities, gaming cafés, and sports organisations in the UK, US, Finland, and Canada.
UNEVN’s CEO Aleksi Rinkinen said in an official statement, “We can’t wait to get going, as soon as we spoke with Chillblast we recognised that they are an ideal partner for UNEVN, and are truly delighted they thought the same way.“
The announcement follows Chillblast’s recent partnership with Fraser Esports, a group already working closely with UNEVN. Both companies have announced that they are open to inquiries from organisations interested in demonstrations or integration discussions.
