North American esports organisation Cloud9 announced a new partnership with hardware giant ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG). Under the terms of the deal, ASUS ROG becomes the official peripheral partner for Cloud9’s VALORANT and Rainbow Six Siege rosters.
The collaboration revolves around providing the teams with high-performance gaming equipment to maintain their competitive edge in top-tier regional and international play.

While specific financial terms and the exact duration of the agreement have not been publicly disclosed, Cloud9’s Director of Sales, Kyle Griffith, praised team members on LinkedIn, including President Jonathan Tran, for the new signing. He also hinted that more commercial moves will come up in a near future.
This move continues a busy period for Cloud9 on the commercial side. In January, the organisation formally renewed its sponsorship with PAGODA Snacks through to the end of the 2027 competitive season, maintaining their status as an official partner for the club’s League of Legends roster alongside major sponsor Kia.
On the other hand, ASUS ROG has been aggressively expanding its footprint across the wider competitive gaming ecosystem throughout the early part of 2026. In February, the brand signed a deal with Nordic broadcasting agency Black Molly Entertainment. Two weeks prior to that, the manufacturer signed on as the full-season hardware partner for tournament organizer PGL, a deal covering the Counter-Strike 2 PGL Singapore Major 2026.
Showing a multi-title, multi-tier and multi-region strategy, beyond those deals ASUS ROG was also announced as the official PC sponsor of the LCK Finals in Hong Kong, and as a partner at the NACE (National Association of Collegiate Esports) Spring Grand Finals in North America.
