North American esports organisation Envy has confirmed its entry into The Finals, marking its latest expansion into a new esport as a partnered team.

Alongside the announcement of a competitive roster, Envy has also been revealed as one of the first partnered teams in The Finals esports ecosystem. The news was shared via the organisation’s social media channels, as interest continues to grow around the game’s emerging competitive scene.

While still in its early stages, the esports scene for The Finals is beginning to take shape. Embark Studios has yet to reveal additional partners ahead of the Major, which kicks off with open qualifiers in September. These will be open to all players, with successful teams from North America, Europe, and APAC regions progressing to closed qualifiers.

In May, The Finals announced its inaugural Major, featuring a $100,000 prize pool, would be held at DreamHack Stockholm this November, in collaboration with the longstanding esports and gaming festival.

Details around The Finals partner programme remain limited. Embark Studios, the game’s developer, confirmed back in January that it was building toward an esports future, though it has yet to disclose the incentives available for partnered teams.

For Envy, The Finals is one of several titles added to its portfolio since Founder Mike “Hastr0” Rufail reacquired the brand from OpTic Gaming in January 2025. Other recent expansions include Marvel Rivals, Halo, and Rainbow Six, while also reiterating a desire to return to Call of Duty.
